From subscription to live in your tenant
- 1
Subscribe at govconvert.us
Pick your seats and billing, then pay securely with Stripe. Within moments you receive a welcome email with your license key and your private container-registry credentials.
- 2
Deploy into your own Azure tenant
From the Azure Marketplace, the Create wizard provisions the full GovConvert stack — App Service, PostgreSQL, Key Vault, Storage — inside your resource group in about 15 minutes. You supply the registry credentials, your custom domain, and your M365 tenant for SSO.
- 3
Sign in & activate
Open your deployment, sign in with Microsoft 365 (your existing MFA and Conditional Access apply), and paste your license key on the "Activate GovConvert" screen. The dashboard unlocks immediately.
- 4
Invite your team
Teammates sign in via SSO and land straight in the app — no per-user license entry. Seat limits are enforced on sign-in: only internal application users consume a seat; partner, guest, notification-only, and System Admin accounts are free.

Update on your schedule
When we ship a new version, your admin sees an Update Available banner, reviews the changelog, and applies it during a maintenance window. We don’t push updates — you pull them, with a verified signature and an automatic database backup.
Your data never leaves your tenant
GovConvert runs entirely inside your Azure subscription. We have no credentials, no network path, and no read access into your environment. Our publisher service only ever receives your license key, your version number, and a random install ID — never CUI, documents, or records.
What's different about GovConvert
The same pattern compliance-sensitive teams already trust — software that ships to you and runs on your infrastructure.
