GovCon CRM & Capture · CMMC-native
Win more contracts.
With AI you’re actually allowed to use.
Every public chatbot is banned from your boundary for good reason. GovConvert runs inside your own Azure Government tenant: AI drafting from your past wins, opportunity radar on SAM.gov every 30 minutes, and a GovCon-native CRM — while your CUI never leaves the boundary you already secured.

One login, one price, the whole capture stack
Right now you’re paying for a generic CRM, a calendar tool, a proposal tool, and a compliance tracker, and none of them speak GovCon. Four logins, four invoices, four places for the truth to drift. Here’s everything you get under a single per-seat price, in the order it earns its keep.
In-tenant AI
A chatbot across your own data plus proposal and resume drafting from your templates, on your models, in your tenant. Build your own skills.
Opportunity radar
Automated SAM.gov and FPDS search — plus your GovWin IQ subscription if you hold one — tuned to your filters, with new matches emailed to you. The morning portal crawl is done.
Built-in scheduler
Booking links, availability, and reminders that live inside GovConvert, so that’s one fewer outside tool touching your calendar and contacts.
Command Center
A dashboard you arrange yourself: up to 9 panels on one page, saved views, 4K-optimized, mobile responsive, no developers.
Full CRM and capture lifecycle
Opportunities, contacts, stages, probability, win themes, and gate reviews, done GovCon-native so a second person can work the pipeline.
CMMC-compliant your-tenant architecture
CUI never leaves your boundary. The trust layer underneath all of it, on by default.
One price, every feature, no upcharges. Add-ons are your choice (bring your own AI models). Your MSP stands it up in about an hour.
See the whole stack in a 30-minute demoAI you can actually point at a real opportunity
Because the reason you’re not using AI yet is that you can’t put CUI into a public chatbot.
So you don’t, and every proposal starts from a blank page even though you’ve written 50 of them. Fair call. That ban is the right instinct, and you shouldn’t have to give it up to get AI.
GovConvert’s AI runs inside your Azure Government tenant, on your models, on your data. Conversations are in-memory only. They never persist, never leave your tenant, and never train anyone’s model.
- A chatbot grounded in your own data: contacts, opportunities, past performance.
- First Draft AI writes proposals and resumes from your templates and your past wins, so you start from your best, not a blank page.
- Runs on your models in your tenant; in-memory only, never persists, never trains.
- Build your own skills for the way your team actually captures.
Stop being the last to know a bid dropped
Every morning you don’t see a fit, the response window quietly shrinks.
Miss a posting by two days and you’ve burned a third of the time you had to respond. Do that a few times a quarter and it’s real revenue walking out the door, one missed window at a time.
The opportunity radar searches SAM.gov, FPDS, and your GovWin IQ subscription continuously, every 30 minutes, filtered to your NAICS, set-asides, and agencies. Matches arrive by email automatically, so you spend your morning deciding which ones to chase instead of hunting for them.
- Always-on search across SAM.gov, FPDS, your GovWin IQ subscription, and your news feeds.
- Smart filters tuned to your NAICS, set-asides, agencies, and dollar thresholds.
- New matches emailed to you automatically, no portal crawl.
- Every match drops straight into your pipeline to qualify.
The pipeline a second person can touch without breaking it
Your spreadsheet works fine right up until someone else opens it.
Then a formula gets dragged wrong, a stage gets overwritten, and the one source of truth becomes the thing you’re afraid to trust before a gate review. That’s fine when it’s only you in there. It stops being fine the day your team grows.
GovConvert is a real CRM and capture lifecycle, built GovCon-native. It speaks SAM.gov, FPDS, NAICS, and set-asides, and it scores every relationship on access, influence, alignment, and trust so you can see which contacts are going cold.
- Opportunities, contacts, stages, probability, win themes, gate reviews.
- Speaks SAM.gov, FPDS, NAICS, and set-asides natively.
- Relationship scoring and a live map of who you know where.
- Radar matches and AI drafts flow into the same records.
Built-in scheduler
Booking links, availability, and reminders that live inside your tenant — one fewer outside SaaS reading your calendar and contacts, one fewer integration to explain to an assessor.

CUI stays where it already passed an assessment
CMMC Phase 2 becomes mandatory on November 10, 2026, and most tools weren’t built for it. GovConvert was, and the design choice is simple: your sensitive data doesn’t move.
CUI is never stored in GovConvert. It stays in your already-secure M365 GCC High SharePoint library, inside the boundary you already control. Logging and auditing are on by default with a tamper-evident hash chain, ship to Microsoft Sentinel, roles are granular, and the CMMC documentation is built in.

The math is short: a 5-seat team runs about $6,300 a year. One $250K task order you’d have missed — because it posted Tuesday and you found it Friday — pays for that 40 times over.
Bid more, win more, and stop thinking about compliance
Get a team that actually uses the tool, a pipeline that holds when two people touch it, and AI you can point at a real opportunity without leaving your tenant. We’ll run it on your filters and your data. It deploys into your own Azure Government tenant, and you can cancel anytime.
