Start now. Be live in your tenant in about an hour.

Subscribe below, and your license key arrives by email within minutes. Your M365/Azure admin runs the Azure Marketplace wizard into your own tenant, and the AI runs on your own models there. No sales call, no setup fee, and no vendor access to your data.

Five steps from subscription to first sign-in

  1. 1

    Subscribe at govconvert.us

Select your seat count and billing interval, then pay through Stripe. You receive a welcome email with your license key and your private container-registry credentials.

  2. 2

Deploy into your own Azure tenant

Prerequisite: an active paid Azure subscription

Browse to Azure Marketplace and search for GovConvert. The Azure Marketplace Create wizard provisions the full GovConvert stack inside your resource group: App Service, PostgreSQL, Key Vault, and Storage. It takes about 15 minutes. You supply the registry credentials, your custom domain, and your M365 tenant for SSO. Your own M365/Azure admin can run this without vendor assistance.

  3. 3

    Sign in and activate

Open your deployment and sign in with Microsoft 365. Your existing MFA and Conditional Access apply. Enter your license key on the Activate GovConvert screen, and the dashboard opens.

  4. 4

    Invite your team

Teammates sign in through SSO and enter the app directly, with no per-user license entry. Seat limits are enforced at sign-in. Only internal application users consume a seat. Partner, guest, notification-only, and System Admin accounts are free.

  5. 5

    Update on your schedule

When a new version is released, your admin sees an Update Available banner, reviews the changelog, and applies it during a maintenance window. Your admin controls the timing. Each update carries a verified signature and takes an automatic database backup first.

Your data never leaves your tenant

GovConvert runs entirely inside your Azure subscription. We have no credentials, no network path, and no read access into your environment. Our publisher service receives three items only: your license key, your version number, and a random install ID. It receives no CUI, no documents, and no records.

How the deployment model differs

Most SaaS
GovConvert
Runs on the vendor servers
Runs in your own Azure tenant
Vendor can read your data
We have no read access to your data
Vendor controls update timing
Your admin controls update timing
Vendor stores your credentials
We store no credentials for your environment

This is the same deployment model compliance-sensitive teams already use: software ships to you and runs on your infrastructure.
